This is a recorded interview about how you work and what you need to be able to find. It takes about 30 minutes.

Your answers are transcribed and stored in the company knowledge system. They are used only internally by EJV Labs, and may be used to build and test the system. Colleagues you name in your answers will be visible to the team.

Any answer can be marked off the record using the toggle on that answer. Off-record answers are removed from the saved transcript. The interviewer will still have heard them within this session, but they are not kept and nobody else sees them.

There are no wrong answers, and “I don't do that” or “I've never written that down” are useful answers, not embarrassing ones. Please be specific rather than diplomatic. You can stop at any point.
